Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for purchasing our courses and services at Nidhi Cyber Solutions. We strive to ensure our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses and professional services.

1. Course Enrollments

Due to the digital nature of our training materials and LMS access, all course purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds once you have logged into the LMS and accessed the course materials.

If you have made a purchase but have not yet logged in or accessed any course materials, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at info@nidhicybersolutions.in with your transaction details.

2. Professional Services

For professional services such as Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, or Digital Forensics:

  • Cancellation before commencement: If you cancel the service at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, you will receive a full refund minus any administrative fees.
  • Cancellation after commencement: Once our security engineers have begun testing or forensic analysis, no refunds will be issued. The client will be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

3. Workshops & Hackathons

Registrations for live workshops, CTF events, and hackathons are strictly non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration ticket to another person up to 48 hours before the event starts by contacting our support team.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.
